Solution design and implementation
Design end‑to‑end business solutions aligned with business objectives and industry best practices, configuring and customizing Business Central to match agreed requirements. Coordinate or support data migration, including data mapping, cleansing, and validation, and plan and participate in testing (unit, integration, UAT), documenting issues and ensuring they are resolved before go‑live.
Training, change management, and support
Deliver user training sessions while supporting change‑management activities to encourage adoption of new processes and systems. Offer post‑implementation support by troubleshooting issues, answering user questions, and recommending enhancements.
Project and stakeholder management
